Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
No deposit for most services. For bridal and appointments above RM 300, we ask for a 30% deposit to hold your slot.
Do you have a private room for hijab-wearing clients?
Yes. Our private room is screened from the main floor, and you can request a female stylist when booking.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Just WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations for deposit bookings may lose the deposit.
What if I'm running late?
Let us know on WhatsApp. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the service or move your slot.
How long does balayage take?
Usually 3 to 4 hours, depending on your hair length and the look you want. Bring a book or let us know your favourite drink.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking in front of the shop lot, and plenty more along the row after 6pm.
